Two Chinese Nationals were arrested for guiding people to unrelated establishments while pretending to work for a Chicken restaurant chain, Torikizoku.

The two men, Chen Huaxiong and Lei Guofeng are believed to be part of the crime syndicate the Dragons.

The individuals allegedly misled patrons attempting to enter “Torikizoku” in Kabukicho, Tokyo, by stating that it was full and offering to guide them to other unrelated establishments, thus obstructing the business of “Torikizoku.”

Chen and Lei, identified as executives of a company managing three establishments pretending to be affiliated with “Torikizoku,” are suspected of repeatedly engaging the group in customer solicitation, generating an estimated monthly revenue of around 50 million yen. The Tokyo Metropolitan Police are conducting a detailed investigation into the matter.
