A female owner of a massage parlor was arrested on suspicion of illegally employing a Chinese student for sexual services.
The suspect, Rah Kuo Lei, 45, a Chinese national, was arrested on suspicion of violating the Entertainment Establishment Control Law, and is the owner of the massage parlor “Honey” in Kyoto.
She is suspected of having conspired with a female employee, 35, a Chinese national, to provide sexual services to a male customer on May 20 in a room of an apartment in an area where sex shops are prohibited by law.
It is believed that the female employee came to Japan to study but didn’t attend school, and that the manager allowed her to live in the shop.
