A Peruvian National was arrested in Shizuoka for sexually harassing a woman at the JR Fuji Station unprompted. The 58-year-old Peruvian is a dispatch worker living in Numazu City, and when the incident occurred, the woman contacted the staff, who in term called the police.
Thankfully, the woman was not injured, and during questioning, when asked why he did it, the Peruvian man said “I don’t know.”
