Zhang Wei (20) and Xu Runping (30), both Chinese nationals were arrested for strangling a Chinese woman, their ex-girlfriend, and pulling her hair, forcing her into a car and abducting her. She was confined for about an hour in Shibuya.
After a witness heard the woman’s screams called the police, the Tokyo Police purused the vehicle and later secure the suspects at the woman’s home.
The police believe the crime was motivated by issues stemming from their breakup.
