Nguyen Van Hoang, a Vietnamese National was arrested on suspicion for burglary. Reports indicate that there were accomplices entering the premises of a vacant house in Matsudo City in the early hours of the 5th.
According to police, Nugyen is believed to have served as the lookout, and when arrested, was in possession of a gas burner and gloves.
Additional, reports cite that there have been dozens of break-ins at vacant houses since the start of the year, and police are investigating the connection.
