A South Korean National, Park Huiryong (38), and his partner were arrested for possession of cocaine and other substances intended for sale, with a terminal street value exceeding 15 million yen.
Park had already been arrested earlier in the year for violating the Stimulants Control Act. Tools such as measuring cups and scales were also seized from their residence in Nagoya City.
