Asahi Haguro, a 22-year-old judo member at Senshu University was arrested in Kawasaki City for possessing 70 grams of cannabis with the intent to sell.
At 10 A.M., on July 4th, the police entered the student dormitory and all the evidenced was found. The street value for the cannabis is 350,000 yen. In a rental car Haguro was riding in, a large amount of plant fragments as well as liquid were also discovered. The Metropolitan Police believe that Haguro was involved in trafficking and are investigating for further details.
