A 52-year-old man was arrested in Hokkaido for kicking a man in the stomach.
The incident occurred when the suspect suddenly knocked over an 18-year-old man who was riding a motorcycle. The victim was stopped at a traffic light when the suspect kicked him multiple times.
The police witnessed the incident, did a drug and alcohol test – to which the suspect passed, and arrested the man on the spot.
