Two Mongolian Nationals, Amarsanaa Ariunbold (36) and Sodungarag Ankbayar (28), were both arrested for landing a cruise ship and anchoring it in Hakata Bay.
The two had reportedly boarded a cruise ship as passengers, and after it entered Hakata Port, climbed down the ship and anchoring the ship without receiving landing permission.
They had left their passports behind on the ship and were seen by authorities climbing over a fence, running away. For four months, their whereabouts have been unknown, but the two later turned themselves in to the Fukuoka Immigration Bureau and were arrested.
