A 21-year-old Vietnamese National was arrested for wielding a kitchen knife, and stabbing his roommate.
Suspected of murder, the man claims to be a welder and resides in Omitama City. Just before midnight, it was reported that the suspect slashed the abdomen of another man on a street in his neighborhood.
According to reports, the victim had a single stab wound, and believe there may have been some kind of altercation just prior.
