On the 23rd, a 31-year-old Vietnamese company employee living in Hamada City, Shimane Prefecture, was arrested by the Hamada Police Station on suspicion of filming sexual images of other females.
According to the police, on August 2, 2023, at around 2 P.M., the woman allegedly secretly recorded sexual video footage of her acquaintance using a smartphone in the victim’s room in Hamada City.
The police are continuing to investigate the details and motives behind the incident.
