A 19-year-old woman was arrested, alongside a 23-year-old male accomplice for extortion and the murder of a 32-year-old man at a hotel in Nagoya City.
Police believe that the man and woman conspired with 20-year-old Reon Kato to extort money and valuables, leading to the strangulation of the 32-year-old victim.
