A Cambodian National was arrested for stealing power cables from an electric power facility in Yonezawa City.
According to police, the man stole approximately 4,500 meters of power cables, or around 8 tons worth approximately 19 million yen. Another male accomplice has also been arrested in connection with the incidental.
