Jiyoselin Lopez Alibiala, a Filipino National, was re-arrested for attempting to rob a female university student at knifepoint inside a train station. She had already been arrested in the past for trying to steal cash from a convenience store at the same station.
According to reports, Alibiala threatened a female university student on the stairs inside Nishi-Haru Station by pointing a knife at her, saying, “give me money! give me money!”
The suspect fled the scene after the student screamed. The victim was not injured.
