Kenshin Uemura, a former member of the idol group “ONE N’ ONLY,” appeared in court in Hong Kong on April 15 and pleaded not guilty to indecent assault charges. Uemura is suspected of assaulting a woman at a restaurant in Hong Kong in March. The next court hearing is scheduled to begin on July 30. Under Hong Kong law, indecent assault carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
Uemura (25) is a former member of the idol group “ONE N’ ONLY” and is also known for his appearance in the drama “Underage – We, Still Inexperienced, Move Forward Clumsily.”
Uemura has since, been released on bail.
