A 30-year-old man was arrested in Nagaizumi Town for reversing his car into a woman on a moped and fleeing the scene.
According to reports, the man was at an intersection when he reversed into a moped that was stopped behind him. The resulting crash lead to the 18-year-old female falling over, along with her moped. Despite the event, the suspect fled the scene.
A passerby called the police, eventually leading to the man’s arrest.
