Dong Phu Sinh, a 25-year-old Vietnamese National living in Tomi City was arrested for tying up a Vietnamese woman in a car, robbing her of cash and belongings.
The Viet man threated the Viet woman by saying things like “give me the money.” The woman was forced to leave behind a wallet containing approximately 23,000 yen, as well as her phone, laptop, handbag, and other items totaling 187000 yen. Dong then drove away.
The two reportedly met through social media.
