A Peruvian National was arrested in Hamamatsu City for driving a motorbike without a license.
According to the police, around 3:30 PM on the 1st, a motorbike collided with a passenger car on a road in Hamamatsu City. The car’s driver reported the incident, saying, “The other party looks like they’re about to flee.”
When officers arrived and questioned the motorbike rider, they discovered he was driving without a license and arrested him on the spot.
The suspect, a 21-year-old Peruvian National who claims to be a temporary worker, resides in Fukuroi City.
During police questioning, he admitted to the charge, stating, “I have never obtained a license.”
